I ordered from Neverland Store it was such a relief when everything showed up exactly as it should. No missing items, no wrong sizes, and the packaging was totally fine too. I’ve had a few frustrating experiences with other stores before, so this felt like a nice change. Really happy with it overall — it’s such a good feeling when an order just goes smoothly. Easy 5 stars from me.

Ordered from neverlandstore.com.au and it arrived quicker than I thought. Got tracking soon after. It didn’t update much at first, which was a bit annoying. But the parcel came in a few days and the box was fine. No real complaints.

I’ve ordered from Neverland a few times now and I’ve been really happy with the experience. They’ve got a solid range with plenty of brands and sizes to choose from, and most of the things I wanted were actually in stock. There was only one colour I couldn’t get, but that wasn’t a big deal. Overall, I’m satisfied and would definitely shop there again

Fit was good. Like, exactly what I expected. True to size for me, no weird tight spots or anything

I ordered a couple of things from neverlandstore.com.au it was fine. Like, one of the shirts was actually really nice and looked close to the photos, so I was happy with that. But then the other one had some loose stitching after just one wash, which was annoying and made it feel a bit less worth it.
I wouldn’t say it was a bad experience, because I can still wear everything and it’s not like it fell apart completely. But yeah, for the price I kind of expected better. I might buy again if there’s a sale, though I’m also not totally convinced yet...

I had to send back a hoodie because the sizing wasn’t quite right. The return instructions were straightforward, and getting it posted back wasn’t much of a hassle.

I didn’t hear anything for a few days after it arrived with them, so I was starting to wonder if it had been processed or not. To be fair, I don’t know if that’s normal for them or if I just caught them at a busy time.

Once they did get back to me, the exchange was handled fine and the new size showed up without any issues. Overall, it was a good experience, I just would’ve liked a quicker update along the way...
